The MCM SS25 collection was showcased during "Dancing Duomo”, a flashmob presented by the SUNGJOO Foundation, which took place in Piazza del Duomo, Milan, on Sept 20th at 2pm. The event celebrated K-pop culture with performances by Gotoe, Sean, Harry-June, SUI, and hundreds of dancers in the lineup.

The collection opens with “Night Diving” which reflects the stellar beauty that divers experience on deep waters missions. Double-face leather, laser cut bags are inspired by fishnets. The innovative Magic Gilet vest appears in neoprene and leather with diver-style zippers. The 3D Diamant bag, introduced in AW24, is now a cross body, marking an evolution in this favorite silhouette. There is also a new Stark Backpack done in a smooth gradation mesh.

“Coral Mountain” reflects the vibrant and intricate formations of coral reefs take center stage. Pink Lauretos trucker shorts and shirts are paired with lightweight recycled poly overcoats as MCM introduces a triangle-shaped crossbody backpack. Coral graphics climb up classic Cognac Visetos bags as clutches in sustainable Coronet snake-skin patterns reminiscent of a water snakes in the sea and celebrate the Year of the Snake.

“MCM Beach Club” wraps up the season. The timeless Lauretos Monogrammed Jacquard bags are now crafted in raffia. Vibrant palm tree graphics emphasize the natural and vintage charm of the ultimate beachside experience. Neoprene with high-frequency embossing creates a technical, oceanic feel, while embroidered logos and prints adorn varsity jackets and apparel, adding a textured touch. A new bikini style is introduced along with dual strapped raffia sandals and the new SS25 sunglasses collection, created in collaboration with Marcolin, completes the perfect beach look.
