Levi’s® And AMBUSH® Mix Luxury, Streetwear, And Denim For Fall 2022 Collaboration

There aren’t many brands that can claim as devoted a cult following as Japanese label AMBUSH®. From world famous rap and pop stars to the idols of K- and J-Pop, the Tokyo-based brand has become the gold standard for not only a generation of fashion-obsessed musicians, but also the coolest players in the streetwear scene. Their idiosyncratic style has led to commissions & collaborations with an illustrious list spanning fashion icons to European luxury houses and American streetwear brands. In their first collaborative effort, Levi’s® & AMBUSH® team up on a gender-neutral collection that incorporates the ethos of both brands.
Composed of two trucker jackets & two pairs of jeans, the Levi’s® x AMBUSH® collection perfectly captures the luxury-meets-streetwear approach AMBUSH® is known for. Beginning as an experimental pop art-inspired jewelry line in 2008, the brand—founded by YOON and VERBAL—evolved into producing full ready-to-wear collections a few years later. By 2015, they were showing in Paris, and in 2017 they were selected as one of the top 8 finalists for the highly coveted LVMH Prize for Young Fashion Designers.
Celebrated for its bold vision & cutting-edge approach to design, AMBUSH® draws on its unique brand aesthetic to reimagine Levi’s® icons with elevated details, premium fabrications & signature sundries. On top of the 3-piece collection launching globally across both brand’s channels, a limited-edition version of the trucker jacket will be available exclusively at AMBUSH®.
The Loose Fit Trucker Jacket comes in a worn, mid indigo wash and features signature silver-coated AMBUSH® bottle cap button shanks on the chest pockets, along with a special-edition black back patch that combines the Levi’s® Two Horse Pull and AMBUSH® logos. The AMBUSH® exclusive, Embellished Loose Fit Trucker Jacket also comes in a worn, mid indigo wash and features signature silver-coated AMBUSH® bottle cap button shanks, custom jewelry embellishments plus a special-edition, metallic silver back patch bearing the two iconic logos. The first pair of jeans is a 517™ Bootcut and comes in a worn, mid indigo wash. The second pair is a Baggy Fit Jean and comes in a worn, mid indigo wash. Both the 517™ and the Baggy Jean feature silver-coated AMBUSH® bottle cap button shanks plus a special-edition, black back patch that combines the Levi’s® Two Horse Pull and AMBUSH® logos. All four pieces from the new collection are gender-neutral and available in limited quantities.
The Levi’s® x AMBUSH® collection will launch globally on September 16th across Levi’s® and AMBUSH® channels. The Loose Fit Trucker Jacket, 517™ Bootcut Jean & Baggy Jean will be available for purchase on Ambushdesign.com & select AMBUSH® Stores.
