AlphaTauri And Deutsche Telekom Launch Heatable Capsule Collection 3.0

After the success of the two previous heatable capsule collections, AlphaTauri and Deutsche Telekom are now launching the Heatable Capsule Collection 3.0 (HCC 3.0). The partnership continues the cross-industry collaborative project with the heatable HCC 3.0, which can be activated and controlled at the push of a button, smartphone app (for Android and iOS) or Apple Watch.
The HCC technology has been integrated for the first time in the AlphaTauri bestseller ORATA – a pea coat for men. This demonstrates how the technology can be modularly applied to existing styles. With the new cloud connection, the app remains streamlined and precisely displays the colour and cut of newly purchased items from the collection. The heated version of the AlphaTauri bestseller ORATA will be available from Autumn/Winter 2023.

The products of the Heatable Capsule Collection (HCC) have heated zones. These areas are in the two front pockets and on the right and left of the back. In addition to the various heating modes "pulse", "intense" and "swap", they can also be set to a specific target temperature, which can then be automatically maintained and also saved. The jackets are powered by a power bank, which is connected and stowed in a pocket on the back. Deutsche Telekom offers a dedicated model for this.
The double-breasted pea coat ORATA is an elegant, straight-cut men's jacket with a stand-up collar. The upper material is a water-repellent wool mix with a soft feel. Two patch flap pockets and an inside pocket offer ample storage. The new heatable variant differs from the original model in that it has a modified inner lining and a button for heating the jacket. It will be available in navy and plum colourways.
The HCC 3.0 are available in selected European countries, the USA and Japan from October. It complements the already available styles from the Heatable Capsule Collections 1.0 and 2.0: The first drop of the smart fashion series (HCC 1.0) consisted of a bomber jacket and a vest, each for men and women, available in light gray and navy. In 2022, the HCC 2.0 added a black trench coat for him and her and a dark gray unisex commuter jacket.
