Sacai Presents Its New Spring 2023 Collection
Luxferity, 27.06.2022
For Spring ‘23, designer and founder Chitose Abe plays with a new take on her signatures and the notion of splicing authentic forms to create something unusual, authentic and original, Sacai-style, by applying a sense of informality to silhouettes and materials that are born of tradition.
Simple menswear archetypes are re-imagined with a new creative energy and sartorial nonchalance. Tailoring fabrics from Loro Piana are reincarnated as parkas, and other sporty silhouettes or as bustier dresses and jumpsuits for women. Thomas Mason shirting becomes a bibbed shirt or shorts pajamas for men or lined with tulle for women.
Designer Chitose Abe continues her exploration of silhouette, by exaggerating and reducing to make a new Sacai shape.Sacai Presents Its New 2022 Autumn & Winter Collection
