Pomellato: The Arrival Of New Sabbia Jewel
Luxferity, 21.07.2022
The arrival of new sabbia jewels in white gold and diamonds offers a chic new way to wear one of Pomellato’s favourite collections.
Launched in 2003, the characteristic irregular diamond pavé of Sabbia offers a relaxed and informal way to wear precious jewels every day. Sabbia opened a new chapter in laid-back luxury with its ground breaking diamond setting that captured the joy of sunshine dancing on windswept sand. Today the story continues with the launch of new rings, bracelets, earrings and a pendant in white gold, each one with the characteristic tactile appeal and organic forms of the much-loved Sabbia.
The new white gold versions of the bracelets, earrings, ring and pendant are entirely set with colourless diamonds and are crafted in manganese gold. This new alloy has a brighter colour and finish. Comfort is paramount and the curved forms of the ring and bracelet hug the body and thanks to their generously rounded profiles, they sit softly on the skin. Versatility is another a key feature of Pomellato jewels and the necklace can be worn as a single chain or as a lariat with or without the disc-shaped pendant. Thanks to their sophisticated design codes, the new arrivals can be worn on their own, or easily be mixed and matched with existing Sabbia pieces.
As a dazzling finale to this launch, two brand new high-end bracelets make their entrance. Over a dozen irregular sized diamond-set discs are linked to form a supple bracelet that caresses the wrist. Available in white gold with white diamonds or rose gold with white, brown and black diamonds.
Like all Pomellato jewels, each one is meticulously hand-made in-house at the Casa Pomellato atelier in Milan. From the initial smelting of the special gold alloys all the way through to the setting of the final diamond, the work is carried out by skilled craftspeople, who are at the heart of the Pomellato family.
