Delvaux Presents Its New Collection - Magritte Act II

Delvaux presents Magritte Act II, an exceptional collection that combines Delvaux’s signature savoir-faire with touches of the surrealist artist’s oeuvres.

It further strengthens la Maison’s longstanding partnership with the Magritte Foundation, a cherished alliance between two well-established Belgian houses.

Inspired by the brooding atmosphere of the Belgian artists’s world-famous ‘Empire of Light’, these exceptional leather designs beautifully incorporate symbols from Magritte’s paintings with a sumptuous colour palette.

Perfect for special evenings out, the Tempête and Brillant Mini are transformed into works of art. The Brillant Mini, decorated with a stunning brass apple perched under its handle, is like a gilded temptation, while the Tempête PM is dressed in refined black alligator with a gold dove in flight, delicately stitched on in a contrasting leather. Utterly precious, it is made-to-order only.

No Magritte collection would be complete without a Brillant emblazoned with ‘Ceci n’est pas un Delvaux’. Crafted in an MM size, it appears in ivory with an almost translucent writing. Its purity of style and luminescent skin are one-of-a-kind. Only a lucky few will have the chance to own this exclusive bag; the Brillant ‘Ceci n’est pas un Delvaux’ will be available in a limited edition of 180 pieces worldwide.

A wide selection of smaller leather goods complements the collection. Pouches, card holders, charms and scarves are all embellished with a playful, sparkly ‘Magritte Alphabet’ -
