Bally Appoints Simone Bellotti As Its New Design Director

Bally, the Swiss luxury brand, announced that the direction of the Bally design studio has been entrusted to Design Director Simone Bellotti, who joined the company in October 2022 after a 16-year tenure at Gucci.

Bellotti, whose career in addition to Gucci also includes senior design positions at Dolce & Gabbana, Bottega Veneta, and Gianfranco Ferré, brings with him a deep understanding of both ready-to-wear tailoring and accessories craftsmanship.

Under the guidance of CEO Nicolas Girotto, Bally is in the midst of a transformation with a rejuvenated strategic direction. Bellotti’s appointment to lead the Bally design studio further reinforces the renewed focus on Bally’s core values of craftsmanship, innovation, and Swiss luxury. Bellotti’s first collection for Bally will be presented during a fashion show at Milan Fashion Week in September.
