Roberto Cavalli Celebrates The Wild Leda Collection With Selfridges In London

On May 31^st, 2023, Roberto Cavalli in partnership with Selfridges held an exclusive event last night, hosting a dinner for special guests and friends of the Brand at Brasserie of Light in London. The evening was a celebration of Roberto Cavalli's first pop-up store in London dedicated to the Wild Leda collection which starting from June 1^st will animate the department store’s second floor for four weeks. The two main windows of Selfridges located on Oxford street will showcase the Wild Leda collection with a fascinating and surreal installation.

Brasserie of Light features London’s largest scale artwork by Damien Hirst, offering all day dining in a chic, Art-Deco space that’s accessed directly from Duke Street and Selfridges first floor. Given the Brasserie's nod to Greek Mythology, there could not have been a better location to showcase the Cavalli Wild Leda capsule. In Wild Leda, Fausto Puglisi, Creative Director of the Italian Maison has reinterpreted an archival pattern, originally designed by Roberto Cavalli in 1994, depicting a bucolic scene inspired by the Leda and the Swan.

During the dinner, the British-Japanese singer, actress and model, Rina Sawayama delighted guests with an outstanding performance. Celebrities and influencers such as Amelia and Eliza Spencer, Amy Jackson, Wallis Day and Amber Le Bon attended the event.
