Ludovic De Saint Sernin Spring-Summer 2026: Redefining Modern Aristocracy
Luxferity, 29.10.2025

For Spring-Summer 2026, Ludovic de Saint Sernin returns with a collection that elevates heritage into an art of contemporary luxury. Drawing inspiration from his aristocratic lineage, de Saint Sernin deconstructs traditional codes of nobility, transforming them into an expression of sensuality, freedom, and quiet rebellion.

Aristocracy, often viewed as a theater of power, becomes here a manifesto for modern self-definition. The collection celebrates community and individuality, casting luminaries like Emma Chamberlain, Alexa Chung, Sebastian Croft, and Corey Fogelmanis alongside models Summer, Fatou, Bo, and Ana. This ensemble embodies a new form of nobility—one measured not by title but by audacity, influence, and authenticity.

Romanticism Meets Strength
SS26 reveals a romantic, feminine dimension of the maison, where softness is strength and delicacy is power. Iconic elements—corsetry, lace, and lacing—return, yet are rendered in fluid silks, transparent cottons, and sculptural light fabrics. Jackets inspired by aristocratic uniforms dissolve into soft silhouettes; gowns fall with graceful ease, and trousers are punctuated with lace cutaways, harmonizing masculinity and femininity in a seamless dialogue of quiet power.

A Palette of History and Modernity
The color palette converses with history: deep purple symbolizes subversive strength, faded ivory evokes Rococo salons and powdered wigs, while porcelain blue recalls the refinement of painted ceramics. Far from pastiche, these shades are reinterpreted into an LDSS wardrobe that emphasizes liberation over constraint.

Crafting a New Aristocracy
With SS26, Ludovic de Saint Sernin crowns a modern aristocracy—one defined by elegance as liberation, sensuality as power, and belonging as the ultimate luxury. The lookbook, captured by Jean-Baptiste Talbourdet, was styled by Carlos Nazario with hair by Karim Belghiran and makeup by Karin Westerlund for RAVE Beauty. Alfredo Bisciotti curated the model casting, while art direction was developed by LJBTN Studio, and manicures were sponsored by Kure Bazaar.

This collection reaffirms de Saint Sernin’s vision of fashion as both heritage and revolution, where every garment is a gesture of subtle rebellion and refined luxury.
