Boss X World Padel Tour in Vienna and Düsseldorf

BOSS announced that, over the next three years it will become the Title Partner of the Vienna Padel Open and the German Padel Open. The World Padel Tour (WPT) is the largest padel tournament series in the world and makes its debut in Germany this year and the city of Düsseldorf will host the German Padel Open.

Padel has become increasingly popular on a global scale and is one of the world’s fastest growing sports. It’s easy to learn and offers multiple playing levels, which explains why its popularity is on the rise. As a result, new padel courts are being built every day in Germany and Austria.

The WPT tour will also be making stops in select cities across Austria and Germany. From May 22 - 28, the world's best padel players will gather in Vienna for the second time. Meanwhile, in September, the German tournament will take place in Düsseldorf. From September 23 - October 1, the world’s padel elite will compete against each other at CASTELLO Düsseldorf, where a tournament of this scope will take place in Germany for the first time.

"As a new partner, we are excited to shaping the padel sport in the future and providing a stage for the world's best padel players. "Play like a BOSS" applies to all padel fans from beginners to professionals," says Daniel Grieder, CEO of HUGO BOSS.

Phillipp Radel, CEO of WWP-Group, which is handling the marketing and implementation of the sponsorship activities in Germany and Austria said, "We are delighted to have BOSS as the Title Partner of the WPT tournaments in Germany and Austria.
