Drawing inspiration from the extraordinary figure of Hélène Smith—the 19th-century Swiss medium whose trances transported her across centuries, continents, and even Martian skies—the collection is a study in multiplicity, reinvention, and the fluidity of identity.

Smith, remembered as both a visionary and an enigma, believed she had lived past lives as a French courtier, an Indian princess, and a traveler among the stars. These incarnations, which psychologist Théodore Flournoy called her “Romantic Cycles,” embody the shifting narratives that became central to Erdem’s new season.
