Church’s has unveiled the Consul 2.0, a shoe that perfectly blends tradition and modern technological innovation. Drawing on the renowned 173 last, it retains the hallmark features of classic English craftsmanship, and thanks to its Goodyear welt construction can be resoled, thus ensuring longevity. Yet it also introduces a major new feature: an exceptionally flexible rubber sole, for increased durability and unparalleled comfort.

The new Consul 2.0 is crafted from calf leather and soft suede, in black and ebony hues. Available in Church’s stores and online at church-footwear.com, it pre-empts the launch in September 2025 of the Goodyear 2.0 capsule collection, which will pair flexibility with the timeless elegance of Church’s iconic designs.
