Church’s Presents The Loafers Collection
Luxferity, 20.03.2024
Church’s presents a summer of effortless refinement and aristocratic elegance – a leisurely season lived in loafers.
The characteristically laid-back nature of this iconic shoe is captured in an accompanying summer campaign. Shot by photographer Brett Lloyd and styled by Tom Guinness, the images are imbued with a quintessentially British attitude. Against a background of bucolic hills, rolling countryside and a manor house steeped in history and charm, actor William Franklyn Miller and model Oden Delargy exemplify the effortless, gentlemanly style synonymous with storied British academia – and the myriad ways Church’s loafers can be worn by the sartorially-minded man.
Church’s loafers are a practical and polished option for the modern wardrobe. Combining style and substance, details including tassels and gimping add eye-catching interest to each individual iteration. Leathers in pebble and smooth textures, and dark and light shades, ensure an option for every predilection. Featured within the campaign are the smart Pembrey in both Bookbinder and Prestige Calf, the Milford Penny and tasselled Kingsley in Deco Calf, and the stitch-detailed Maidstone and superbly-soft Maesteg in Calf.
Handmade in Church’s factory in Northampton, English using shoe-making skill honed over 150 years, these captivating styles blend historic craft expertise and timeless versatility to create a series of timeless silhouettes.
