Designed for the 2025 Met Gala’s theme, Superfine: Tailoring Black Style, Bravehearts draws from the radical elegance of Black dandyism — a philosophy where fashion becomes a tool of identity, resistance, and reclamation. The look pays homage to the legendary André Leon Talley, whose commanding presence and advocacy of emerging designers redefined fashion’s relationship with power, culture, and identity. His legacy at Vogue and within Black fashion history is deeply embedded in the look’s very structure.
