The concept for the boutique, imagined by Pomellato’s Architecture Team in Milan, weaves together the architectural languages of Los Angeles and Milan. Grand entrance doors evoke Hollywood Regency houses, while the structure nods to Frank Lloyd Wright’s Ennis House with a modern Maya aesthetic. These features gracefully merge with the soft brutalism of rationalist Milanese architecture, creating what Pomellato describes as a “Global Attitude.”

The boutique’s façade is clad in porcelain tiles by Fornace S. Anselmo, cast in Nove, Italy — a region renowned for ceramic craftsmanship. Each tile, taking 72 hours to hand-cast, is carved with Pomellato’s signature Nudo motif, blending heritage and innovation in a unique architectural vocabulary.

Inside, hand-painted and embroidered silk wallcoverings by MISHA (Milan artisans) reimagine Pomellato’s iconic Nudo as a suspended wisteria, weaving across eight bespoke panels. The silk, painted and stitched by three painters and four embroiderers over 400 hours, offers a lyrical tribute to centuries-old traditions.
