Pasquale Bruni Presents Its New 2022 Collection: Lunatica

Pasquale Bruni continues to pursue its vision of combining the excellence of the Italian goldsmith’s tradition with contemporary and innovative design, giving lovers of Made in Italy style jewellery to wear, experience and pass on as a precious object.

The new ‘Lunatica’ collection represents a magical moment and in these new pieces Eugenia Bruni – the Maison’s Creative Director and a lover of nature’s true essence – experiments with colours and shapes that accentuate feminine allure, creating an intimate connection between women and their jewellery.

However, it is the Moon that is the muse of the new creations, a star linked to the female realm, a source of inspiration and the symbol of the ebbing tides. The Moon as the fulcrum of feminine energy, as emotion, mystery, and charm, revealed as a symbol in the grey and white moonstones or as a hidden detail only known to the woman wearing the jewel.

Once again, Pasquale Bruni’s creations are a true expression of freedom: they embody light in all its forms at the heart of the feminine constant, whose enduring common thread lies in nature as a universal source of inspiration.

PETIT JOLI Special Edition 2022

The special edition of the Petit Joli collection was launched this year and will only be on sale in 2022. It features precious lapis lazuli stone covered with rock crystal, which creates an intense blue
colour with golden hues, representing comets and the gods’ celestial heavens. A true joy for the eyes and heart.

Ancient lapis lazuli stone has divine power, promoting vision, expression of the higher self and the strength and sensuality of Isis.

The unique element of Pasquale Bruni’s philosophy is the ability to create combinations that bring together different symbology, the lunar world and the earthly, and to create personal, yet authentic universes and interpretations of the bond between nature, its elements and the moon. The new lapis lazuli colour perfectly matches the existing shades in the Petit Joli collection, which is still composed of a ring, bracelet, earrings and necklace.

Flowers are tinged with the colours of the sky, space and earth, creating a bouquet of dreams.

JOLI’ BOUQUET LUNAIRE

A loftier and more complex extension of Petit Joli is presented in Joli Bouquet Lunaire with adularia, the iconic white moonstone found in nature and now combined with onyx, the quintessential black stone.

The collection is an explosion of feelings encapsulated in precious jewellery, in which the Moon gem emerges as the ultimate expression of femininity, grey represents the harmonious balance between the masculine and feminine spheres, and black is synonymous with women’s courage. Pasquale Bruni’s skill is reflected not only in the design of the jewellery, but also in the careful selection of the moonstones, as well as in the details that lie behind each creation. The Moon is the fundamental element, engraved throughout the collection: it illuminates emotions, emboldens
women and exudes a sense of harmony.

The notable new addition to the collection is the versatile bouquet ring that can be worn on three fingers or as a magical bouquet on a single finger, featuring rose gold and a grey and white moonstone combined with onyx.

TON JOLI’ and Limited Edition 2022

The Ton Joli collection, one of the Maison’s iconic ranges, has been expanded to include new pieces that recall the Moon, the leitmotif of all the new Pasquale Bruni creations.

A small new capsule as an extension of the line made with green agate – the protective stone celebrating the Goddess Tara that allows women to express their nature in perfect harmony –, in which the exquisite rose gold contrarié earrings – 20 pieces worldwide – shine in the bright colours of pure green agate and blue lapis lazuli with rock crystal, embellished with white and champagne diamond details. Stones characterized by the typical bon ton cut in which soft irregular facets merge in a cabochon pistil and in which the green agate is complemented by the symbolism of dancing mistletoe in a kiss between woman and nature.

The other new addition is named Ton Joli Blue Moon Special Edition 2022. It consists of earrings, a sautoir, a ring and bracelets made of rose gold and a double piece in blue lapis lazuli and white agate with white diamonds; these are exactly the same pieces and combinations as those featured in the best-selling version in white and green agate launched two years ago. The collection features delicate, enveloping shades with a continuous reference to the colours of the sky and sea, as well as the inspiration of the star symbol of femininity with all its reassuring beauty.

But in this line Eugenia Bruni chose to create two other exclusive jewels that encapsulate all of the Maison’s savoir-faire. Two magical cuffs, one with onyx and one with white and green agate, embellished with internal engravings with the Tara mantra. The deity was chosen by the Creative Director due to her significance as the Goddess of understanding, enlightenment and liberation. Every bracelet therefore reveals the whole symbolism of the mantra, of the Goddess, of the connection with the nature in which she lives and of the properties of developing a great energy force necessary to achieve positive karma. Exquisite crafting concealed in the jewel and specially designed by the Maison to remain in contact with the skin, creating a true energy bond between the woman and her jewel.
