Serapian: Woman's Fall Winter 2020 Collection
Luxferity, 24.06.2020
The Serapian Fall/Winter 2020 collection expresses a modern elegance infused with a delicate Seventies undercurrent in harmonious chromatic effects.
Soft materials and warm autumnal shades play with feminine tone-on-tone nuances, characterizing new and classic designs imagined for glamorous, sophisticated and cultured women.
Modern yet timeless silhouettes carry effortlessly from sunup to nightfall, including novelty designs such as the Diamante shoulder bag, a bucket bag and a belt bag, that fully reflect the house’s longstanding mix of artistry and virtuosity.
Inspired by an archival design from the Seventies, Diamante in Mosaico is a statement classic named after the precious gem for its structured shape and refined gold-toned hardware that gleams delicately against the intricately woven leather. Often finished with precious skins, it offers the ultimate balance between legacy and modernity.
Chic and compact, the new bucket bag available in two sizes is a timeless essential. Rendered in black and white or tonal Mosaico leather, it can also be embellished with precious Elaphe inserts. The practical nature of the Mosaico belt bag, also in tonal or contrasting shades, is elevated with a tassel and fine chain strap for after dark moments.
Enriched with dewy suede and lush Elaphe, Serapian’s iconic handwoven Mosaico continues to be the unwavering protagonist. In an intriguing play on nuances, the hallmark black and white combination debuts in “Chiaroscuro”, elegantly veering from light to dark. A striking optical effect that fully reveals its intricacy on multiple shapes, from the mini Villa to Diamante to Petra.
Calf hair debuts in antique rose, burgundy and ivy green colorways on key shapes such as Secret, the new Vertical Secret and Petra. Finally, it can be finished with alligator details on the Paraggi travel bag.
The Secret bag, a light, spacious tote and a longstanding symbol of the Maison, designed for the needs of dynamic women, now enriched with a more elongated shape called “Vertical Secret.”
Overall, the sophisticated and rich palette exalts luxurious combinations such as burgundy and rose; ivy with emerald green, navy blue and petrol, Sahara beige matched to soft pink or off-white.
