Sandro Presents Its New Men Spring Summer 2022 Collection
Luxferity, 03.10.2021
Because summer reminds us of freedom, we leave the formal outfit and make way for effortless tailoring.
With generous suits in sandy linen or light-blue cotton, the Sandro Homme wardrobe is infused with an air of summer chic. Crew neck and polo neck jumpers are designed in Turkish stitch and clusaz. As always, the Sandro Homme studio shares its common grounds by reinterpreting everyday clothes. Brown leather carcoats, cotton workwear jackets, chambray overshirts and suede calf clogs are all witnesses of daily life that affirm a certain attachment to workwear and vintage. He expresses a shared language that advocates a minimalist and functional style, based on know-how and beautiful materials. Inspired by Klaus Grünberg in Barbet Schroeder’s MORE, the Sandro Homme design studio offers a colour palette in shades of beige, ochre, navy, light-blue and ecru. And if it is tinted with black, it is a summery black that is worn on Mediterranean islands.
In a game of opposition and attraction, as depicted by Schroeder, Stefan’s journey in search of Estelle, is reflected in this city wardrobe. Flare trousers and corduroy tie dye jackets, handmade-looking, recall the design studio’s taste for craftsmanship. Flowing shirts, timeless in style, are available in graphic prints. Flashes of acid yellow, parma or psychedelic stripes instill an aesthetic synergy between summery nonchalance and uncalculated presence.
