Mustique Announces The Inaugural “Health & Happiness Mustique” Festival
Mustique launches its first ever wellness festival ‘with time to retreat’. This wellbeing week will offer a blissful programme created and curated by islanders and retreat experts and will be the first of its kind in Mustique’s long and colourful history.

The week’s programme will include sunrise hiking, cardio tennis on Macaroni Beach, fitness yoga overlooking picture perfect Lagoon Beach, Pilates sessions in the gleaming new gym and sunset breathwork and meditation classes in addition to a Bamford spa treatment.

Guests will also immerse themselves in all things Mustique… snorkelling with turtles next to Basils Bar, sea-swimming with horses and kayaking and paddle boarding from The Cotton House jetty as the sun sets.

In addition to the fitness and outdoor activity programme there will be an enriching series of talks on island life, charity and conservation. Guests will also enjoy in villa nutrition advice and cookery workshops, art sessions with island creatives, an outdoor cinema screening and an evening cruise on the island’s 38ft power boat, the Lady Anne, all set against a backdrop of this unique island’s legendary locations.

Guests will experience one of Mustique’s famous ‘picnics’, beach bbq’s and meals at world famous Basils Bar and The Beach Café in addition to the retreat menus specially prepared by the island’s private chefs.
